Mischa Tissen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They started their career at Oce Printing Systems as a Logistic project employee in 1997. They then moved on to Oce where they held several roles including International Service Trainer, Logistic Engineer/coach Customer Service, and Business Process Expert - SAP CRM/E-Commerce.

In 2008, Mischa joined VNSG as the Chairman of the focus group SAP CRM Netherlands. In this role, they were responsible for providing information about knowledge and developments of CRM systems to the focus group members. They also organized meetings and CRM days.

From 2013 to 2017, Mischa worked at Canon Europe Ltd. as a European Business Consultant - E-Commerce. They focused on improving business processes for the Imaging Supplies department, with a specific emphasis on Online Sales/E-commerce for the Direct Sales channel.

Since 2017, Mischa has been working at Acorel, starting as a Customer Experience Transformation Consultant. They helped customers align their software tooling with their business processes and organizational structure. They then became the Manager of Managed Services, supporting customers with their Customer Experience through system, business, and reporting knowledge. Currently, Mischa is the Manager of Functional Consultancy, where they lead a group of functional consultants who assist customers in the domain of CX using the SAP CX suite.

Following this, they pursued further studies at Eindhoven University of Technology from 2001 to 2006, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Mischa Tissen has also attained two additional certifications. In 2021, they obtained the ITIL® 4 Foundation CPD certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In 2022, they achieved the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from the International Lean Six Sigma Institute (iLSSi).
