David Bell

David Bell has extensive work experience in human resources and administrative services. David began their career in 2003 as the Director of Human Resources at EVMWD, where they served until 2013. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Director of Administrative Services until 2015. In 2020, they joined Acorn Engineering Company as the Vice President of Human Resources.

David Bell attended Brigham Young University, California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, and the University of Utah.
