Bailey Chapman, M.A., BCBA, MI-LBA has work experience primarily in the field of behavioral analysis. They started their career as an ABA Therapy Intern at Covenant HealthCare in January 2017 and worked there until May 2017. During this time, their responsibilities included working under a BCBA and a behavior technician to ensure the proper care and development of children at the center, implementing behavioral skill acquisition programming and behavior reduction protocols, and gaining an understanding of ABA through PowerPoints and lecture observation.

In 2017, Bailey joined Acorn Health, where they have held multiple roles. They started as a Registered Behavior Technician in April 2017 and transitioned to various positions, including Float Technician, ABA Program Supervisor, and Lead Technician. They also served as the Lead BCBA from December 2020 to June 2021, providing leadership and guidance in behavioral analysis. Bailey then became the Clinical Director from June 2021 to May 2022, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring quality care delivery. Subsequently, they served as the Interim Regional Director of Clinical Access from May 2022 to September 2022, before assuming their current role as the Regional Director of Clinical Care since September 2022. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Bailey utilizes their expertise and knowledge to provide clinical care and support in their current position.

Bailey Chapman, M.A., BCBA, MI-LBA, completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from Saginaw Valley State University from 2013 to 2017. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University for the period of 2017 to 2019.

In terms of certifications, Chapman obtained the status of Licensed Behavior Analyst from the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs in March 2020. Additionally, they acquired the title of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in February 2020.
