Rachel Gossan M.A., BCBA, LBA has diverse work experience in the field of operations and clinical management, as well as teaching. Starting in 2010, they worked as a 3rd/4th grade Special Education Teacher at Stockbridge Community Schools. Rachel then moved on to Webberville Community Schools, where they served as a 6th grade teacher from 2011 to 2012. Gossan then transitioned into the field of behavior analysis, working at North Shore Pediatric Therapy from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they held roles such as Pediatric Behavior Therapist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and Clinical Coordinator of the ABA Department. In 2017, Gossan joined Autism Centers of Michigan as Clinical Director, eventually becoming the Regional Clinical Director from 2019 to 2020. Their most recent positions include Vice President of Operations at Acorn Health, where they first served as Regional Director of Operations from 2020 to 2021, then promoted to Vice President of Operations from 2021 to 2022. Since September 2022, Gossan has held the role of Vice President of Operations Transformation at Acorn Health.

Rachel Gossan M.A., BCBA, LBA has a diverse education history. Rachel began their educational journey at Michigan State University where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Special Education- Elementary Education-Language Arts Concentration from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Special Education- Autism from 2011 to 2012, also at Michigan State University. In 2013 to 2014, Rachel completed a Graduate Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from the same institution.

In addition to their academic achievements, Rachel has obtained additional certifications. Rachel has been trained in Dare to Lead™ from Dare to Lead Trained in June 2019. Rachel is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
