Laura McKernan

Laura McKernan is a Registered Behavior Technician at Acorn Health since May 2023, bringing a diverse background in behavioral health and research. Previous experience includes roles as an Entrepreneur at L&L from August 2021 to May 2023, and as an Adult Care Coordinator at HILL COUNTRY MHDD CENTER from January 2021 to January 2022. Laura also served as a Research Assistant at the Memory Lab at the University of Notre Dame from April 2017 to May 2021, and held positions in direct care and management at various facilities, including the MHDD Crisis Stabilization Unit and The DeBartolo Performing Arts Center. Educational qualifications include two Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Neuroscience and Behavior from the University of Notre Dame (2016-2020), following a High School Diploma from The Seton Keough High School.
