Paula Hampson has extensive work experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Paula most recently worked at Acorn Insurance and Financial Services Limited, starting in 2020. In their role as Head of Contact Centre (Claims), they demonstrated leadership and management skills. Prior to this, they were the Head of Digital Operations at the same company, where they likely contributed to the digital transformation of operations. Before joining Acorn Insurance, Paula held various positions at WNS Assistance from 2015 to 2019. As the VP of Operations and Head of Site, they were responsible for achieving operational key performance metrics, client account management, and creating a high-performance culture. Later on, they enrolled at Liverpool College from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained an Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) degree in Accounting and Finance.
