Brett Lam is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Managing Partner and Broker In Charge at Acorn + Oak Triad since January 2018, overseeing full-service residential property management across North Carolina, including major cities such as Charlotte and Greensboro. In addition, Brett has been a Broker/Manager at Acorn + Oak Property Management since August 2013, managing a client-based portfolio of over 125 properties in various locations, contributing to the company’s management of a total of 1,700+ properties. Prior experience includes a logistics role at Pfizer from October 2010 to August 2013. Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Supply Matrix Management from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business, obtained between 1998 and 2003.
