Michelle Ketchum

Michelle Ketchum is an accomplished property management professional with extensive experience in the field. As the Owner of Acorn + Oak Property Management since January 2013, Michelle has successfully managed over 2,000 properties in the Triangle area. In January 2018, Michelle became Managing Partner of Acorn + Oak Triad, expanding services to Greensboro, Winston Salem, and High Point. Additionally, since March 2020, Michelle has served as Owner and Employing Broker at Acorn + Oak Mile High, providing management services in Denver and Colorado Springs. Prior experience includes being a top producing Broker at Red Door Company, where Michelle managed over 110 units and contributed to company development. Michelle began a career in real estate as a paralegal at DeWitt Law, focusing on property transactions. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in American History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
