Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Acorn Property Group since October 2015, McKenna leads sales and design teams, focusing on customer service, recruitment, and team development. Prior roles include Sales & Marketing Director at Ecosigns from July 2011 to October 2015 and at David Wilson Homes from February 2000 to July 2011, where McKenna achieved key performance indicators and managed marketing budgets.
