Kari Cole

Kari Cole is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent management and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Acosta Europe since November 2023, Kari previously held the position of Talent and Culture Manager at Fairmont Windsor Park from January to November 2023. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager at Hilton Hotels Worldwide from January 2018 to January 2023, HR Business Partner at Hilton from December 2012 to January 2018, and Junior Consultant at K&S Consultants between June 2008 and November 2012. Kari holds a degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from UNISA, earned from 2009 to 2019.
