Beth Nana

Beth Nana has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and positions. Beth is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at Acosta Group, a role they began in February 2023. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Total Rewards at Acosta Group from May 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Acosta Group, Beth held the position of Vice President of Total Rewards & People Operations at The Suddath Companies from June 2020 to May 2022. Beth also worked as the Head of Total Rewards at City Facilities Management (FL) LLC for a brief period from April 2020 to June 2020.

Beth's longest tenure was at Availity, where they held multiple positions. Beth worked as the Senior Director of HR Solutions & Total Rewards from March 2016 to April 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of HR Solutions & Total Rewards from December 2011 to February 2016, and as the Manager of Human Resources from October 2009 to December 2011.

Before joining Availity, Beth worked at CitiStreet LLC (now ING) as the Vice President of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS from January 1999 to October 2009. Beth was responsible for designing and implementing compensation plans, employee benefits programs, HR information systems, and HR policies for a large workforce.

Beth began their career at Barnett Banks, Inc. where they held several roles, including VP HR (Benefits Planning and Finance) from an unknown start date to 1998. In this role, they were responsible for designing and managing benefits plans and equity programs. Prior to that, they held positions as a Senior Human Resources Accountant, Financial Analyst, and Cash Desk Accountant.

Beth Nana attended the University of Santo Tomas from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in various areas including being a Certified John Maxwell Coach and a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) from AICPA. Beth has also earned certifications in Certified Strategic Talent Acquisition and Certified Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
