Kathy Risch has a comprehensive work experience in various companies and roles. Kathy currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Shopper Insights & Thought Leadership at Acosta Group since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as Vice President, Consumer Insights & Analytics at Premium Retail Services, where they transformed the company into an insights-driven culture and grew the department by 50%. Kathy has also worked as an executive consultant at Premium Retail Services and as an Independent Consultant.

Before joining Acosta Group, Kathy worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Senior Director of Marketing - Innovation and as a Director of Consumer Insights. At Paramount Pictures, they served as the Vice President of Market Research, Worldwide Home Entertainment. Kathy also gained experience at Johnson & Johnson as a Director of Marketing Research and at Taco Bell as the Director of Consumer Insights.

Kathy's earlier career includes roles as a Professor of Marketing Research at California State University, Fullerton and various positions at Procter & Gamble, such as Manager of Marketing Research, Research Supervisor, and Manager of Global and Regional Marketing Research.

Kathy Risch holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Kathy also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics & Management from Albion College.
