Kristina Kaidanovich

Kristina Kaidanovich has extensive experience in talent and leadership development. Kristina is currently working at Acosta Group as the Director of Talent and Leadership Development. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager in the same department. Before joining the Acosta Group, Kristina worked at Acosta as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Talent Development. Kristina also worked as a Specialist in Leadership Learning at the company. Earlier in their career, they worked at Hunter Straker as an Account Supervisor, where they were responsible for designing and executing effective shopper marketing programs. Kristina also worked at Mosaic Experiential Marketing as a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager, overseeing a $6.5 million portfolio and focusing on servicing Alcohol Beverage clients. Kristina started their career at Mosaic Experiential Marketing as a Project Coordinator and later worked as a Field Manager.

From 2003 to 2007, Kristina Kaidanovich pursued a Bachelor of Human Resource Management degree at York University.
