Nicole McNamee

Nicole McNamee serves as the Senior Director of Commercial Strategy & Transformation at Acosta Group since July 2022, focusing on initiatives that enhance commercial success through IT capabilities and organizational changes. Prior to this role, Nicole spent over 14 years at Mosaic North America, advancing from Recruitment Coordinator to Director of Operations & Resource Management, overseeing resource management and ensuring appropriate staffing for client programs. Nicole also excelled as a Senior Account Manager, delivering innovative solutions for major clients such as Nestle and Kraft, and managed successful events as an Account Manager. Nicole holds a degree from the University of Toronto, completed in 2008.
