Claudia Keyes

Claudia Keyes has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Claudia has held various senior leadership roles in companies such as Acosta, Walmart, Sam's Club, and Phar-Mor. Claudia'sroles have involved driving operational excellence, market strategy and planning, transformation and innovation, and business process improvement. Claudia has also founded their own consulting firm, SoliMar Consulting, where they worked with clients on executing business projects. Claudia has a strong background in retail, human resources, merchandising, and operations. Throughout their career, Claudia has demonstrated a high level of expertise in driving results, implementing strategic initiatives, and managing cross-functional teams.

Claudia Keyes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Claudia obtained this degree from Florida Atlantic University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Prior to that, they briefly attended Florida International University from 1990 to 1991 for the same field of study. Additionally, Claudia has acquired several certifications throughout their career, including the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2006. In recent years, they have also obtained certifications in various areas such as Revenue Growth Management and Change Management Foundations from LinkedIn, as well as an Atomic Habits (Blinkist Summary) certification. Moreover, Claudia has completed a Nano Tips course for using Microsoft Office with Mike Tholfsen through LinkedIn, which occurred in 2023.
