Jason Shook

Jason Shook is a seasoned sales professional currently serving as the National Sales Lead and Business Manager at Acosta since September 2021. Previously, Jason held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Spring Glen Fresh Foods from August 2018 to September 2021 and at ASK FOODS INC. from May 2004 to July 2018, where oversight included Retail Sales for Major Chains in the Southeast. Jason began his career in the culinary field, first as a Line Cook at Guisseppes Italian Restaurant and later as a Line Chef at the Country Club of Harrisburg. Educational achievements include an Associate degree in Culinary Arts from Yorketowne Business Institute and a Bachelor of Business Administration from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
