Leila Ayele

Leila Ayele is a seasoned professional in internal communications and HR marketing, currently serving as a Senior Specialist at Acosta Group since November 2022. Previously, Leila worked at Lidl US from March 2016 to October 2022, holding various positions, including HR Consultant for Engagement & Communications and Senior HR Marketing Specialist, where responsibilities included media content management, editorial design, and the production of employer branding materials. Leila also gained valuable experience as a Research Intern at Alt//Cramer GmbH, contributing to branding strategies for social media. Leila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University.
