Maurice Louwerse

Maurice Louwerse has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Maurice currently holds the position of Vice President, Chief Technology Officer at Acosta, where they are responsible for driving digital transformation and enhancing customer experiences through data and technology. Prior to this role, Maurice was the VP of Enterprise Architecture & DevOps at Acosta, where they focused on digital transformation and delivering value to customers.

Before joining Acosta, Maurice worked as the Director of IT Technical Services at Stein Mart, where they developed and executed strategies for hybrid cloud and cyber-security. Maurice also built high-performing teams and streamlined processes to reduce total cost of ownership.

Maurice has also held leadership positions at HMH CORP as the Sr Manager of Technical Infrastructure, where they provided leadership for various business functions and managed web infrastructure and IT solutions. At Kraton Corporation, they served as the Sr Manager of Global IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery, overseeing large-scale IT projects and serving as a liaison between company leadership and other IT leaders.

Earlier in their career, Maurice worked at Arizona Chemical, where they served as the US IT Infrastructure Manager and later as the EU IT Infrastructure Manager, responsible for managing IT support and coordinating projects and services across Europe.

Maurice Louwerse attended HZ University of Applied Sciences from 1994 to 1998, where they studied Commercial Electrical Engineering. Maurice also pursued a certification in Full MCSE 2000 and MCSE 2003 from New Horizons.
