Charles-Henri Clerget has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Charles-Henri started their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Schlumberger in 2012. Later, they worked as an Economic Analyst Intern at Saint-Gobain Abrasives in 2012 and as a Data Science Intern at FieldBox.ai in 2014. In 2014, they also began their role as a PhD Candidate at Total, where they focused on studying dynamic optimization of refining processes and earned recognition for their innovative research. In 2018, they transitioned to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Postdoctoral Associate in the Mathematics Department. Currently, Charles-Henri is the COO and co-founder of Acoustic Wells, Inc., a position they have held since October 2019.

Charles-Henri Clerget started their education at Lycée Saint Louis from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in the PCSI - PC* program. Charles-Henri then attended Lycée Sainte-Geneviève from 2009 to 2010, where they continued their studies in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in the PC* course. After completing their studies at Lycée Sainte-Geneviève, they enrolled at Mines Paris from 2010 to 2014, earning a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics. Charles-Henri Clerget further pursued their education at Mines Paris, attending from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Mathematics and Control.
