Chief Customer Officer at Acoustic

Michael Taylor is the Chief of Staff at Acoustic. Michael has held various positions at Acoustic and other companies since 2000. Michael started their career as a User Education Specialist at Acoustic. Michael then became a Client Server Developer at Alltel before returning to Acoustic as a Web/Intranet Developer. At Acoustic, they progressed through the ranks to Senior Manager, CDI Product Development, Director of Engineering, Senior Director of Products & Chief of Staff, and Vice President of Products & Chief of Staff. In September 2020, they assumed their current role as SVP, Operations.

Michael Taylor has a BA in English from the University of Central Arkansas. Michael also has certification from Pragmatic Marketing in Pragmatic Marketing - PMC-IV (Level Four), from GoLeanSixSigma.com in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and from Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Master, CSM and Certified Scrum Product Owner, CSPO.
