Washington oversees all aspects of ComEd’s customer operations, including its energy efficiency programs, customer channels and related technology, large customer services, customer call center, field operations, customer financial operations, and marketing.

ComEd is a unit of Chicago-based Exelon Corp. ComEd delivers electricity to more than 4 million residential and business customers across northern Illinois, or 70 percent of the state’s population.
