Gill Smith has extensive work experience in various roles within the operations and management field. They began their career at Bristol-Myers Squibb Manufacturing Company, where they worked as an Administrative Manager in the Consumer Distribution Group. They later joined Ranbaxy / OHM Laboratories and served as a Senior Warehouse Manager, overseeing a multi-building operation and managing a large inventory. Gill then moved on to Laureate Pharma, Inc as a Warehouse Operations Manager, where they successfully reduced inventory value by $1 million and coordinated efficient material movement. Following this, they joined Sodexo as the General Service Manager for GlaxoSmithKline, Sodexo's largest contract, where they managed both self-performed and subcontracted services. Currently, Gill is working at ACP Facility Services as the Vice President of Operations and Director of Regional Operations, providing leadership to a team and overseeing facility management services across multiple locations.
Gill Smith obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Studies with a concentration in Management from Montclair State University. This educational journey took place between 1978 and 1983.
