Matt started their career in 2013 at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, where they held various roles including Front Office Supervisor, Rooms Control, and Front Office Manager. In 2017, they joined Loews Hotels & Co as an Assistant Director of Housekeeping. Then, in 2019, they returned to Fontainebleau Miami Beach as a Hotel Manager and later became the Director of Front Office. Currently, they are the Director of Front Office at Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach.
