Mirela Fiegel is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Controller at Acqualina Resort and Spa on the Beach since April 2013, Mirela has successfully optimized financial reporting processes, led the financial implementation of new point of sale systems, and conducted impactful analyses that boosted spa bookings. Prior roles include Senior Accountant at Acqualina Resort where Mirela streamlined internal audits and significantly reduced aged accounts receivable, and Income Auditor at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where Mirela managed revenue reports and reconciled accounts. Mirela holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from California State University and has furthered education through the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
