Susann Banek

Susann Banek has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Susann is currently working as an Assistant Director of People & Culture at Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach. Prior to this, they served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at the same company. Before joining Acqualina Resort & Residences, Susann worked at Hilton as a Human Resources Manager from 2018 to 2021. Susann also gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Housekeeping Manager and Manager on Duty at The Carillon Hotel & Spa in 2015. Susann's earlier experience includes working as a Manager on Duty and Program Advisor at Canyon Ranch from 2011 to 2015, and as a Front Desk Agent and Concierge at Grand Beach Hotel Miami Beach & Grand Beach Hotel Surfside from 2010 to 2011.

Susann Banek completed their education in hospitality and tourism management. From 2008 to 2010, they attended Miami Dade College where they earned an A.S. Degree. Following this, from 2010 to 2012, they enrolled in Florida International University and obtained a B.S. Cum Laude in Hospitality Management.
