Adam Rusche

Adam Rusche is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management and project oversight. Currently serving as General Manager at AQUALIS since March 2020, responsibilities have included roles as Senior Director of the Lift Station Division and Special Projects Operations Manager. Previous experience includes the position of Assistant Manager at Middle Creek Ranch, overseeing livestock and land management, and Project Manager of the Paving Division at Kleenco Maintenance & Construction, managing paving operations and facilitating subcontractor work. Adam also held the role of Operations Manager at Kleenco, managing multiple crews for storm water and lift station maintenance across numerous states, and was a Supervisor at Red Gold. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Indianapolis.
