Sameen Khan

Sameen Khan is a seasoned financial professional with a focus on tax and finance, currently serving as Senior Director of Tax and Finance at Acquara Management Consultant since January 2023. Sameen established the Tax vertical from the ground up, building a high-performance team of 50 experts in transfer pricing, corporate tax, and VAT. Prior to this role, Sameen held the position of Director of Finance and Tax at Al Dahra from October 2018 to December 2022, where expertise in VAT implementation and transfer pricing policies was demonstrated. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Al Ain Holding, Group Risk and Audit Manager at Al Khaleej Sugar Co, and Senior Financial Auditor at International Capital Trading LLC. Sameen holds Chartered Accountant qualifications from both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
