Lisa N. has a strong background in customer success and customer service management. Lisa started their career as an Implementation Consultant at Bullhorn in 2000 and later held roles as Director of Customer Care and Director of Customer Success. At Bullhorn, they focused on building strong relationships with strategic clients and improving organizational efficiency. In 2017, Lisa joined CloudCall as the Head of Customer Success before moving to Acquia in 2019.
