Paul Smith

Paul Smith is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in transactional risk and warranty & indemnity matters. Currently serving as the Head of Transactional Risk and Head of Warranty & Indemnity at Acquinex since January 2019, Paul also holds the title of Director. Prior to this role, Paul was a Partner at Osborne Clarke from October 2016 to January 2019 and at Irwin Mitchell from September 2007 to October 2016, where Paul progressed from Solicitor to Associate Solicitor and Partner. Paul began legal training as a Trainee Solicitor at Irwin Mitchell from 2005 to 2007. Educationally, Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Cardiff University and completed studies at the University of Law in 2003 and 2004.
