Emma Elers

Emma Elers has a diverse work experience in the field of product management and customer solutions. Emma started their career at Bank of New Zealand in 2015 as a Customer Solutions Advisor and later worked as a Payments Analyst, where they provided support for the bank's payment systems and processes. Emma then moved on to become an Associate Product Owner for Merchants before eventually becoming a Product Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the merchant portfolio lifecycle and identifying opportunities for enhancing customer offering and experience. Emma joined Acquired.com in 2022 as a Product Manager.

Emma Elers received their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce & Management from Victoria University of Wellington between the years 2013 and 2015.
