Kathleen Merz has over twenty years of experience in marketing and creative services. Kathleen began their career in 2000 as the Director of Publications/Art Director at Chess Life Magazine, where they managed an editorial department of twelve and designed and produced a monthly national magazine, a quarterly catalog, and SchoolMates Children's Magazine. From 2005 to 2008, they held the role of Art Director at InsideOut Magazine, managing a skeleton crew publications office and designing and producing a bimonthly regional high end art magazine. From 2008 to 2016, they were the Marketing & Creative Services Manager at Mastercraft Industries, Inc. and Onfloor Technologies, LLC, where they developed branded integrated communication from strategy to execution, created multimedia design and rich content for product launches, and managed online sales and departmental budgets. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as the Marketing & Creative Services Manager at WRS Health, where they implemented and maintained MAS, Hubspot COS, CRM, SEO, and project management, as well as created compelling multichannel content. Most recently, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as the Marketing Manager at Planet Green Cartridges Inc. and is currently the Digital Marketing Manager at Acquis BI.
Kathleen Merz attended the State University of New York - System from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design. Kathleen has also obtained several certifications, including a Yext Certified Professional in November 2016, a HubSpot COS Certification and a HubSpot Certification in June 2016, and an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in April 2016.
