Liz Benegas

Liz Benegas currently serves as General Counsel at Acquisition.com since July 2025. As a Founding Member of The L Suite, a community for Chief Legal Officers and General Counsels, Liz fosters collaboration among legal professionals. Previously, Liz was General Counsel at Memfault, where legal, privacy, and compliance functions were established for a Series B SaaS company, leading to successful strategic deals including an acquisition by Nordic Semiconductor. Concurrently, Liz held the position of General Counsel, Data Protection Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Torii, overseeing all legal and compliance matters for both the company and its Israeli parent. Prior experience includes serving as General Counsel at Totango, where systems were developed to facilitate significant growth. Liz holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Penn State Dickinson Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Mary Washington.
