Joe Coogan

CEO at Acquisition Logistics Engineering

Joe Coogan is the current CEO at Acquisition Logistics Engineering. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy Inspector General and Chief of Inspections at HQ PACAF from July 2012 to September 2014. From June 2010 to June 2012, they were the Deputy Ops Group Commander at 48th Operations Group. Joe also served as the Commander of 18th Operations Support Squadron from May 2008 to May 2010, and as the Chief of Safety at 18th Wing from June 2007 to March 2008. Additionally, they were the Director of Operations at 44th Fighter Squadron from September 2005 to May 2007, and the Student Pilot at 95th Fighter Squadron from June 2005 to August 2005. Joe has also been a student at Air Command and Staff College from August 2004 to June 2005. Prior to that, they served as the Chief of Force Application for Homeland Security CONOPS at HQ Air Force from August 2003 to August 2004. Lastly, they served as the Asst Director of Operations and F-15C Instructor Pilot at 1st Fighter Squadron from May 2002 to June 2003.

Joe Coogan holds a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies from Air Command and Staff College as well as a Master's degree in Aeronautical Studies from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Joe also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
