Rich Galasso has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Rich is currently working as the North American Sales Manager at ACR Electronics, Inc., where they have been since 2018. From 2010 to 2016, Rich Galasso served as the Regional Distribution Manager at Globalstar/SPOT Inc, where they were responsible for building and managing a technical dealer, retail, and distribution network in the southeastern US. Rich also had government and military outreach responsibilities.

Prior to that, they worked as the Owner/President of Gold Coast Boat Lifts, Inc from 2006 to 2014. Rich also held the position of Sales Manager at Charles Industries from 2008 to 2009, where they were responsible for various accounts in the southeastern United States.

From 2003 to 2006, Rich Galasso served as the National Sales Manager at Uniden, managing four representative groups and growing sales from $10,000,000 to $16,000,000. Rich was responsible for Mass Retail, Distributors, OEM, and NMEA Accounts.

Before that, they worked as the Regional Sales Manager at Standard Horizon from 2000 to 2003. In this role, they managed Mass Retail Accounts, NMEA/Distributor Accounts, and established OEM Accounts, resulting in overall territory sales growth.

From 1994 to 2000, Rich Galasso worked as a Store Manager at West Marine/E&B Marine, where they increased store sales and managed a team of sales representatives and assistant managers. Rich was also responsible for purchasing and inventory control.

Rich started their career as an Area Manager, specifically managing Plumbing, Kitchen, and Paint Departments at Home Quarters Warehouse from 1992 to 1994. Rich increased sales and managed a team of sales representatives.

Before that, they served as a Store Manager at Newtonville Hardware from 1989 to 1992, where they solicited new retail and wholesale accounts, managed store inventory, and supervised sales representatives.

Rich Galasso earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Northeastern University, where they studied from 1987 to 1990.
