Jeffrey Watkins

Jeffrey Watkins, MBA has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Jeffrey started their career in 2000 as a Sales Manager at American Benefit Mortgage, where they managed a team of mortgage loan officers. In 2009, they transitioned to an Asset Manager Hedge Fund role at Kondaur Capital Corporation, responsible for asset disposition. From 2011 to 2012, Jeffrey worked as a Senior Analyst at Promontory Financial Group, advising clients on various financial services. Jeffrey then took on the role of Asset Manager Hedge Fund at True Investments Group, LLC, overseeing the management of a residential portfolio. In 2013, they became a Private Investor at Sierra Capital, focusing on single-family properties and managing private funds. Jeffrey also worked as an Asset Manager Hedge Fund at True Investments Group and a Mortgage Professional at Nationstar Mortgage Holdings dba Mr. Cooper. Currently, Jeffrey is serving as the Vice President and Area Sales Manager at Acra Lending, specializing in offering a range of products and services to clients.

Jeffrey Watkins, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Real Estate Finance from USC Marshall School of Business. Jeffrey attended the school from 1989 to 1992.

Prior to their MBA, Jeffrey obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Business Economics from USC Marshall School of Business as well. Jeffrey pursued this degree from 1980 to 1984.
