Deborah Dols serves as the Client Director for Sustainability & Social Impact Talent and Head of the Built Environment for the Americas at Acre, focusing on executive placements in the Real Estate, Transportation, Construction, and Infrastructure sectors. With extensive experience in sustainability recruitment, Deborah has previously held roles as Principal Owner at OnePlanet Talent Group and as Head of Americas for Sustainable Means, where expertise in talent consulting and executive search within sustainability and ESG was demonstrated. Other significant positions include Vice President of Asset Management at McDowell Properties and Senior Portfolio Manager at Prometheus Real Estate Group, alongside a strong educational foundation in European History and Classics from the University of Arizona.
