Gustavo G. currently serves as the Private Dining Room Manager at Acre Resort since November 2021, with the establishment being recognized in the Michelin Guide 2024. Previously, Gustavo held positions in various restaurants, including Restaurant Manager at One&Only Palmilla for a short duration in 2022 and extensive experience in restaurant operations at Esperanza an Auberge Resort from January 2018 to November 2021, as well as at Pueblo Bonito in 2017. Gustavo's career also includes roles in bar management at Playa Hotels & Resorts between 2014 and 2016 and restaurant operations at Villa Group Resorts & Spas from 2012 to 2014. Educational qualifications include studies at Universidad Hipocrates from 2002 to 2004.
