Keshia Babin serves as Associate General Counsel at Acreage Holdings since March 2022, having previously held positions such as Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at American Freight from October 2019 to November 2021, along with an interim role as Chief People Officer. Keshia worked at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. as Divisional Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and has experience in complex commercial litigation from roles at Sedgwick LLP and Johnson, Trent & Taylor, L.L.P. A legal foundation was established through a J.D. from Texas Southern University and further enhanced by a Paralegal Certificate and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Sam Houston State University. Keshia also completed a Certificate in the Women’s Senior Leadership Program at Kellogg Executive Education.
