Ellison Quijano

Ellison Quijano is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and managing commercial real estate portfolios. Currently serving as Managing Director of Underwriting at ACRES Capital since December 2020, Ellison previously held the position of Senior Vice President at C-III Capital Partners LLC for a decade, underwriting over $1.26 billion in various property types. Prior roles include First Vice President-Credit Officer at Amalgamated Bank and team manager in the Global Real Estate Group at Lehman Brothers, where Ellison managed substantial deals and teams. Ellison's early career included significant underwriting work at Rye Capital Services, LLC, along with a decade as Executive Director of The Philippine American Chamber of Commerce. Ellison holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boston University.
