Ben Maddox

Ben Maddox is a seasoned professional in the real estate and agricultural sectors, currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President at Acres since June 2022. Maddox also holds the position of Principal Broker at ATRE, LLC, a real estate brokerage specializing in farmland transactions in Arkansas. Previously, Maddox co-founded AcreTrader, where roles included Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President from June 2019 to August 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Agricultural Value Chain Manager at Heifer International, a global NGO dedicated to reducing poverty through agricultural investments, from March 2014 to June 2019. Maddox holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Arkansas and a B.A. in International Relations, Political Economy, and Development from the University of Central Arkansas.
