Manon Defelice

Manon DeFelice is the Founder and CEO of Inkwell, an innovative executive search firm established in 2015 to enhance diversity in senior teams through flexible job opportunities and diverse referrals. In addition to leading Inkwell, Manon serves as a Founding Equity LP with Acrew Capital, focusing on diversifying venture capital investments, and as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Human Ventures, where efforts are aimed at modernizing executive search practices. Manon is also a Senior Advisor at 25madison and holds the position of Northeastern U.S. Regional Area Officer with YPO. Previously, Manon acted as the Executive Director and General Counsel for The AHA Foundation, addressing issues like honor violence and forced marriage. Manon has extensive legal experience, including serving as an Assistant Counsel at the New York City Mayor's Office and as a prosecutor and legal intern in various district attorney's offices. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College, a Doctor of Law from Brooklyn Law School, and completion of the YPO HBS Presidents' Program at Harvard Business School.
