Pam Kostka is an Executive in Residence at Magnify Ventures and an Operating Partner at Operator Collective. Additionally, Pam is an Advisor at Girls Crushing It, and previously held the position of CEO & Board Member at All Raise, Loop, and NICA. Pam holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
