Chase Kapteyn

Chase Kapteyn is currently the Manager of the HR Service Center at Acrisure, where they focus on efficient operations and employee-centered service. With a diverse background in HR operations, patient services, and manufacturing, they lead teams and advocate for creative problem solving and process improvement. Previously, Chase served as a Patient Service Representative at Spectrum Health and held several roles at Acrisure, including Supervisor and Associate in the HR Service Center, where they contributed to employee experiences and operational efficiency. Chase obtained a degree in Music Education from Central Michigan University.
