Dawn Alvarez

Dawn Alvarez currently serves as the Sr. Director of Employee Benefits Operations for the West Division at Acrisure, a role that includes managing employee benefits operations and leading teams in implementing innovative fintech solutions to enhance client satisfaction and revenue. Prior to this position, Dawn held the title of Executive Vice President of Client Services and Compliance at Filice from November 2007 to May 2023, and has also served as Operations Lead for Acrisure in the West Region. Earlier career experience includes marketing roles at Intersil and human resources at Elantec. Dawn holds an MBA in Business from Golden Gate University and is a member of Chief, an organization dedicated to advancing women in leadership.
