Deb Makowski

Deb Makowski is currently a Client Experience Support Specialist at Acrisure, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Deb accumulated extensive experience at Franklin Energy from October 2011 to March 2023, serving in multiple capacities including Benefits and Compensation Manager, Senior Human Resources Specialist, Senior Manager of Human Resources, and HR Systems and Compliance Manager. Additionally, Deb worked as a Human Resources Manager at HNI Risk Services from February 2007 to October 2011, and held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Forward Dental from October 2004 to January 2007. Deb began a career in event management as an Event Services Coordinator at KRM Information Services, Inc. from February 2002 to October 2004. Deb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
