John Cofini

John Cofini is a Partner and Construction Practice Leader at Acrisure for the New York Region, having joined the firm in August 2023. Prior to this role, John served as Principal at BNC Insurance and Risk Advisors from May 1988 to August 2023, where expertise was provided as a risk management partner to top contractors, focusing on construction insurance. John also held the position of Chairperson at Big I New York from January 2019 to January 2020, contributing at both state and local levels. Earlier in John's career, a role as a Commercial Lines Underwriter took place at United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company, Inc. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Iona University, completed in 1986, and attended Iona Preparatory School from 1978 to 1982.
