Kyle Spear

Kyle Spear, CLCS, CBIA, is a financial professional with extensive experience in trading and client advisory roles. Currently serving as a Client Advisor at Acrisure since May 2024, Kyle previously worked as a Business Insurance Agent at McGriff from July 2022 to April 2024. Prior to this, Kyle held the position of Head Trader at Intrepid Capital Management from March 2021 to July 2022, where execution of high yield bonds exceeding $30 million in notional value was accomplished, along with the implementation of the LTX trading platform and development of new trading relationships. Kyle began at Intrepid Capital Management in 2018 as a Junior Trader, executing investment grade and high yield bonds, and worked as a Portfolio Administrator reconciling $450 million in client assets. Kyle's career in finance began as a Trader Intern at The Energy Authority from 2016 to 2018, supporting day-ahead trading operations. Kyle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of North Florida, obtained in 2018.
