Luis Silva, EMBA, brings extensive experience in admissions, human resources, and marketing. At Hope College, Silva served as both Admissions Representative and Assistant Director of Admissions, successfully recruiting students from key territories including Michigan and Texas. Transitioning to MillerKnoll, Silva held various roles including Senior HRBP for Corporate Functions and Talent Recruiter, where strategic search initiatives to attract top talent were developed. Silva further enhanced HR value as a strategic partner at Geiger Brand, supporting operations in Georgia and North Carolina. Currently, Silva serves as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Acrisure, following previous experience as Marketing Manager for Home & Company/Tip Toes Boutiques.
