Maria Lauring

Maria Lauring currently serves as VP of Innovation Operations and Chief of Staff for Innovation at Acrisure since October 2022. Previously, Maria held the position of Director of Data Program Management at FIGS from May 2021 to June 2022, and Director of Operations & Human Resources at the International Institute of New England from October 2020 to May 2021. Maria's experience includes roles such as Sr. Director of Operations, Applied Analytics at WarnerMedia, and Director of Operations, Applied Analytics at Legendary Entertainment. Additionally, Maria worked as Director of Team Business Analytics for the American Hockey League and held various positions in collegiate athletics, including Assistant Director at Miami University and an internship with the Auburn Athletics Department. Maria Lauring holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master's degree in Sports Management from Springfield College.
