Melissa Knapp has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having held various roles over two decades. Starting as a Subrogation Claims Supervisor and Arbitration Coordinator at NJ Manufacturers Insurance Company from February 2000 to August 2005, Melissa managed communications regarding the subrogation process and negotiated settlements for property damage claims. Following this, positions included Subrogation Claims Representative at American Independent Insurance Company, Casualty Claims Specialist II at Harleysville Insurance from February 2008 to November 2014, and MD Field Claims Specialist II at Nationwide Insurance from November 2014 to December 2021.
